Hello everyone, we are manufacturing cassia gum powder.

  • It is gelling agent and used as a ingredients in wet canned pet food products.
  • Cassia gum makes gel with carrageenan and it will also increase gel strength while making gel with carrageenan.
  • So cassia gum powder improve texture and stablility in wet canned pet food products.

If you are manufacturing wet canned pet food than my product help you lot.

Hello everyone, I am new to this site, but I am in need of a contact or interested manufacturer to help assist us in putting together a manufacturing facility for a fee or partnership. Additionally we are in need of formulas and process integration; we are willing to pay franchise, licensing fees or share in profit under contract. We are currently in the beginning stages of construction for a manufacturing center in RU. The market there is worth $1.5b and growing. Need any help I can get or contacts, I prefer to work with a US manufacturer or company. Please contact me on me gmail account at chernolikhov@gmail.com with any information or help you think I can get. Thanks in advance!

What is your single largest challenge when:
A.) Sourcing ingredients for a new project?
...and/or
B.) Diversifying your supply chain for ingredients that you currently purchase?

Thank you Regis for your Comments.

With respect to the premixes think there was a misunderstanding because we are going to sell as a food supplement is the wet petfood without premix, ie to mix with dry food as a reward or special physiological states of the animal.

We will going to use flexible packanging.

Hello Juan !
I think that you will have difficulties to give premix as supplement to dogs and cats. They will not eat it, because not enough palatable. You should import adequate premix for wet petfoods.
You are right, in West Europe, the packaging trend for wet petfoods are pouches, which are flexible and less heavy than cans.

Good night:

I am writing from Colombia and I am interested in your opinion on various topics related to the production of wet pet food:

1 - We have limitations to ensure adequate premixes for wet petfood so we decided that we will not include premixes and we will sell the product as a supplement. What do you think about this decision?

2 - We believe that products should be packed in flexible packaging and not in cans and that is the market trend. What do you think about this?

Thank you for your colaboration.
