The problem is sourcing new products. There are so many new people wanting to sell yo their materials but to test them to see if they are really what you are buying is a problem.

Hello Theo,
Thank you for your reply. I do not disagree with your comments. Too often there is this huge amount of secrecy with different products. If you're selling a product, provide a sample, spec, COA, MSDS, nutritionals and tell the customer what they're getting. What is it that you currently source for your company?
