Low calorie dog food labeling, which should provide consumer education, was found to be inaccurate and misleading in some case in a study by Tufts Cummings School of Veterinary Medicine. http://cleoparker.com/dogmarketing/2010/02/06/low-calorie-dog-food-study-reveals-problems/

Easy one Cleo - the idea that cats need all those veggies in their food and that just because a diet "looks" healthy, it may not be all that it is cracked up to be. Many times consumers are pulled in by misconceptions and don't know how to read labels. My company tries its best to educate our customers about such things.

Which ONE consumer mis-perception or rumor about petfood would you most like to dispel once and for all?
